Fronted by songwriter Pete Fields and now based in New Orleans; Slow Motion Cowboys play the kind of music you can bask in - spiritual successors to the likes of Michael Hurley and Townes Van Zandt - mid temp with a hint of psychedelia.

Go with the Slow Motion Cowboy across the dreamscapes of sound as the SF kid is exiled from the foggy Bay in Northern California, wandering into New Mexico and down into the Deep South to New Orleans....in the Crecent City this album was recorded and made, almost, a concept album, but a story none the less, as it weaves down the long Highway and border towns of Arizona, wolves and lost forgotten love.
